Default gsr ecu?

Can anyone explain to me how the GSR ECU works with the H22A?

also, is it plug and play?
also, will it work with both USDM and JDM H22A?

They have basically the same ecu pinouts OBDI to OBDI so they do the same thing.

I don't recommend it unless you have V-AFC at the minimum

Okay, I read what you posted..
What's ATTS? I have a 92 Civic.
I want to put a JDM H22A with LSD in it
and I was curious about the GSR ECU, I will run a Apexi V-FAC and other fuel enhancements, etc.
I do also plan on getting the car dyno tuned, or atleast dyno tested

Also, do you happen to know if this works well with a H22A4 with a Turbo?
My brother has a 97 Accord with a USDM H22A4. He would like to go turbo, and I didn't know if the ecu would matter...I don't think he plans on running a standalone engine mangement

Sorry the ATTS only relates to the Type-SH, and the sensor is only for the OBDII ecus...

GS-R + V-AFC is okay but you have to dyno tune to get the right VTEC point and fuel becuase you will be lean. Have to have a wideband O2 readout.

As for turbo...a GS-R ecu with an OBDI swap and a Hondata would be good. But if he's not getting a standalone he doesn't really gain anything over a stock ecu, except for an OBDI conversion.
