Default Though I was through with tegs, but looks like im not.

Well some of you may know that iused to have a 98 GS teg. It was cheyanne red. it went thru alot of changes, and was once turbo'd. i went back to all motor and was happy at that. well in decembr of 2002 i hydroplaned of the road , and then off a cliff, resulting in totaling my teg. the insurance finally payed of the car. so i was left with nada, and had to start over again. I though about alot of options, cr-x, eh hatch, ej hatch, dc te, da teg, and 240's. This weekend i finally made up m,y mind an found a 96 teg ls in white. i payed 9998 for it. i plan on making it look like my old maroon one but keep it white. otherwords 98+ conversion and ls turbo. I know this will belong in the appearnce forum, but i wanted to show ever one my new project, and to let the teg forum know that im here to stay once again.

MY old teg

After the wreck

and now my new project

sorry for the huge pics

Hey, my LS didn't come with the side moldings painted. Did they start that in 96? Anyways, good luck with the car.

you paid 10K for a 96 LS? How many miles on it? That seems kinda high

glad that you are ok after the accident!

my question is, and I am deffinately not up to speed on the pricing, but isn't 9998 a bit much for a 96 ls? is it really low mileage or something?

I thought that gsrs were starting to go for around 8ish..

anyway, it is a nice looking car for sure, hope you have better luck with it than your last one!

Thx for all comments. yeah 10 is high for a 96 ls. it has 60xxx miles, a 2 yr warranty, and the body and interior was mint. also came with some decent dunlop's. besides it only money. anyways im happy with it. its nothing like my 98, but will soon get there.

Got the DC2 bug.

i'd pay a little more for something in good condition. It may save you more headaches later on when things start needing to be replaced. Your car looks like my 95 LS when i picked it up a year ago.

good to see you back in a teg.
