90-93 accords had the same type brake problem on occasion. the brake master cylinder would just seize up. afertmarket mas cyl? dont go cheep on brakes. as for clutch, sounds like dampers on clutch disc getting loose.if they start coming out of their holders, this will change pedal height. good luck, obd1.
