Default Rear trailing arm bushing ??

I plan on replacing my rear trailing arm bushings, is it advisable to change the rear upper control arm bushing as well, along with the rear compensator bushing?

If possible could someone please supply a pic or diagram as to what these two pieces look like and where they go?

i've replaced the rear trailing arm bushing with e/s bushings on an integra, and let me say it was beeach having to take out the old bushing, i had to burn it and grind it out...that took the longest!!
- installing the bushing i had used two plates with a bolt and nut, and tightened it to press the bushing in, that wasnt too hard....
the compensator and upper control arm i didn't do, but it can't be that hard, and i did not think i need to, and the car had 140k, dont have a pic but they are located on the trailing arm, (of course) you'll know what they are when you remove the trailing arm...hope that helps a little
