anyone know if the body for the sh and base types are the same? i'm looking at a great deal on a base side and rear lips for my sh.

and does anyone know if the clutch from base type will work on my sh?

the body is identical and the clutch is interchangable. The suspension setup, cams, and tranny are the only real differences. Check a Helmes manual just incase though.

 

yes both will work..

SH comes w/the same kit as the base, it is just painted.

clutch is identical ATTS is not.

 

what is different about the cams?

 

The SH's have a slightly higher profile (1.5 MM?) but shorter than the type s cams and this is only on the Vtec lobe.

 

Another reason why Honda Marketing is BS...given the profile change the SH should post higher flywheel power numbers, even if it does lose it at the wheels.
