painting rims
get some brake parts cleaner...primer and wheel paint..(some paints don't need priming.)
clean the wheel througly w/the parts cleaner..scuff up the wheel w/some sandpaper..spray it w/primer (several light coats.) then follow up w/the wheel paint. (light coats as well.)
Duplicolor makes some wheel paint, just don't get the multicolor rainbow ****..I would go w/the gunmetal paint, it looks damn good.

check int ogetting them powdercoated, i had my wheels painted for a while, it looked good until the stones started hitting them, then there was small chips everywhere.
powder coating is 100X stronger then paint, i havent had any issues since getting them powdercoated excpet some minro curb rash from a snaeky curb in Ontario Canadas north... ahh well im the only one that can see it...
it was cheap to get my wheels powdercoated, i think it worked out to be around $35/wheel CDN preped and coated gloss black. I dont know what normal prices are... look around your local area, check hot rod shops, they will know where to go.
