Where can I buy one of these header shields? I want one that fits on a d16z6 engine. Also does a turbo intake filter like the one he's using work better than a regular cone style intake?

not sure on the shields but as far as the filter i know greddy makes one and I have heard they work the same not positive though somebody else will probably know more

That is an Eg with a GSR radiator which means custom brackets were made to hold it. No doubt that shield is custom, BUT Nice

The rivets are one giveaway and the fact no one's probably NEVER seen one of those covers before
