Default 91 Lx ecu or 92 Ex ecu ?? NEED HELP !!!!

I have a 91 accord lx I blew the motor and bought a 92 ex motor I put the motor in all ready just need to install the clutch . I still have my lx ecu will the run or start right ? Or do I need the ex ecu or are they the same thank you

It will run better with an EX ECU.

If i use the lx ecu for alil bite what would it do to my car. hard starts, rought idle etc. or it will run good but not as good a ex euc would do (performance wise )??????????????????

It should run good. Did you get the intake manifold for the EX engine as well?

yes i got the f22a6 which has the daul stage runner intake manifold . (92 ex)

Well I am going to be using my lx ecu isnt the ex ecu better . performance wise and even normaly driving.

I believe you will need the EX ECU to open the secondary intake runners.

dude you are on the same BOAT as me. I asked this EXACT SAME QUESRION like 6 months ago.
*do search under my signature name!
*you don't need the EX ecu bro. You will not feel the diffenence at all.(trust me i did an experiment with swaping 93 lx and ex ecu)
-The only difference that you can feel is above 5k rpm.
-even then it's not worth it.
-I've been driving my 93 JDM ex motor for about 30k now with my older ex ecu and have not had a single ECU related issue.

but if you want to fork over the money then go for it. wouldn't hurt performance.
I have an auto & i i never beat on my car so..... i didn't feel the need to get one.
