Suspension Questions
Hey, i currently have some neuspeed springs that were on a civic ex (94 i think), and i was wondering if these are any good for my 99 gsr? My friend gave them to me since he got something else, and i was wondering if they will fit on my 99 gsr, and also if it is a good idea to use used springs?
Also, can i use the tokico illuminas with neuspeed springs? If not, what would be a better idea? Thanks.

i would not put those springs on the car. The same springs meant for Integras probably have a higher spring rate to help support the weight of the heavier car.
If he's giving to you for free, might as well sell them and get springs made for your car. I'm not even 100% sure if they'll fit, but if they do, like Patrick said, they wont be too great since the spring rate is different.
I wouldn't use them. I'm almost positive they don't fit quite right and the spring rates will definatly not be high enough. I'd just sell them and try to get something else.
Thanks. I decided after reading the replies and looking up some stuff on the internet that it would be best not to use the neuspeed springs. I think i'm gonna get the eibach pro-kit springs. Does anyone have these, and if so, do you like them? If i put them with the koni yellow adjustable shocks, would that work well? Thanks!
i don't have any personal experience with them, but from what i remember, the pro-kit was basically designed with koni yellows in mind and works incredibly well with them.
