If you don't mind spending the 100 bucks for a blockguard, a 100 shot could be run. Just make sure that your fuel solenoid is in good condition. The LS motor has a fairly decent fuel pump, so you should be fine in that respect. Unless your running an NX kit, I would suggest taking out 4 degrees of total timing (easy to do with a timing light). If your running an NX kit (the best kit on the market in my opinion) I would only take 2 degrees of timing out. Other than that you should be alright. Just watch that A/F ratio via an A/F Guage or an Exhaust Gas Temp (EGT) guage.

Happy spraying!

I shall be running a direct port nx 100shot on my LS by spring time, i'm making sure i get stainless steel valves to make sure i don't burn em' up, other than that ignition, fuel pump is all i'm going to be getting. Good luck!

All you need in terms of ignition are some good plugs (I recommend NGK V-Power plugs) and some good wires. Stock Honda ignition systems are very good.

50 shot - with only colder plugs.
75 shot - colder plugs, ignition, wires, and timing.
