What I have is a 1991 civic hb for sale i have a salvage certificate for it but no title all you need to do is get the car inspected and apply for the title. It has 135,000 miles on it 4 speed runs excellent , good clutch, ice cold ac, all the car needs is the trim plate that goes above the bumper cover and a battery. the car has a battery now but it belongs to my crx and i need it. It was hit very lightly all it needed to be fixed were the Driver side headlight and fender which i have replaced already. the car is red in color.
