Default Check this - an extremely poor job at a replication... Thumbs down...

Check this out. It's an extremely poor job at a replication of the 99-00 Honda Civic Si model. They sell these at H and A Accessories. A buddy of mine told me they are selling them, but I think it's sad - and for $15.99 - it's not worth it.

Anybody know of any good manufacturers of diecast models of the Si?

The wheels aren't right, and it just looks so out of proportion.

Thanks for the link. Are they diecast or plastic though?

It's like they didn't even look at the real car before they made the model

Here is the one from the other site. This one comes with extra parts. But only in one colour? And a body kit?

And you're right. It's like none of these people looked at the Si before making models of it.

here is a close up of the Si.. believe me they look 10000x better than that red one you already bought, and they are 1/48 scale. plus you can modify them! same price as the red one, about 15 bucks.

Where can you buy these things? And is this from the same people that made those little skate boards and bmx bikes? What's the scale?

just search on the net, or go to local toy/hobby stores. yes, they are made by that same company. its either 1/42 or 1/48 scale.

Modifiers are awesome! I have all the cars in the series...don't really dig the trucks and what not. That red Si sucks!

the escalade chromies wont fit on the other cars (coups, sedans; but probably the other trucks) its cuz the diameter is not with proportion with the other smaller cars...trust me, i already tried....

You can buy that 1:24 Si model at Wal-mart for $7.00. It looks a lot better in person than in that photo.
