which head is recommended, can you run the vtec off of a controller only, or do you need to saw the ecu. i head you can use the VAFC, but just wanted to confirm. i think the b16 head is recommended, but i can get a good deal on GSR heads. anyway, um i know they tweak out alot, but its not a daily driver, so no too worried about it, more track purpose than drive purpose.

yes you can run it off a vtec controller but it is wise to get a proper computor also,i would also go with the gsr head!

Both heads work well. I thought at first that the B16 flowed better, but then I read an article stating the GS-R head as the better choice. I would go with whichever was cheaper.
