my friend is rebuilding a 00 ITR and has another ITR for parts. i'm helping him with the rebuild and he's giving me the stock spring, sway bar and whats left of the 5 lug.

my questions are
(1) is the ITR front swaybar better than a gsr swaybar?
(2) how stiff are ITR springs, how much do they lower the car and will they fit
GS-R stuts? (my car has neuspeed softsports right now)
(3) how much of the 5 lug do i really need to use?

on the rear hubs, can i take them off there trailing arms and put them on gsr trailing arms? (the itr ones are bent) and on the front, can i just replace the whole hub assy. ? and what cars have the same brakes as an itr, i'm missing the calipers front and rear. could i get them off '00 preludes or what year accords.

ITR and GS-R front sway bars are the same.

The springs will fit your shocks, not sure how they compare to the SofSports tho.
