I thought the CTR in Japan is 215ps?
http://www.honda.co.jp/auto-lineup/civic-r/grade-data/

Edit: According to their site it is. So which engine is that? or is that a typo?

215 is closer to 210 than 200. Also the redline for the CTR in Japan is 8400 or some such. There is a CTR gauge cluster that has a higher redline than 8000 I am sure of that.

Yah! Thats it. Its probably a different motor then. Not picking at your info, just always wanted to know. I always thought that the UKDM CTR and JDM CTR were the same but they obviously are not

CTR made for Japan has; 215ps, higher redline, LSD, Recaros, different final drive, different tires, than CTR made for europe. European CTR has same specs as RSX type-S but it's 100lbs+- lighter.
01+ CTR's are all made in UK but they export a different version to Japan. JDM CTR is also just as fast as JDM ITR (DC5-R), even some say it's a better all around performer.
I just moved from Europe (lived in Portugal) in april and I owned a EP3 CTR for 6 months but had to move here because of school and just to shipp the car here, pay taxes, change the emissions and change the gauge cluster to miles would have been more than $4,000, I was told by an offical importer.
I miss that damn car, it was just a bit faster than my type-s cause it was lighter but every thing else was the same. But it was already ready for the track and my type-s needs all the these extra parts. But soon enough I'll get over it cause I'm getting the hondata ECU reflash, Comptech race header, a nice diet, and some toyo's T1s to go along with my 12.5lbs pg-5s

sorry for the long post, but I miss that damn CTR aka mini van

Sorry , all the pics I have are in a photo album.
I wish I had a digital cam so I could have gotten more pics and post them up.
But you can see lots of pics and read lots about the CTR here:
http://www.civictype-r.co.uk
I even tried using my web cam to take pics of the pics I have, LOL not a smart move, you can't really see that good, my web cam is cheap.
