Default '93 honda lx d15b7 into '90 honda lx

Okay I have researched this topic and have several pages printed. so much that I am confused now.
My mom wrecked my '93 honda lx with a d15b7 that my brother and I had just finished rebuilding the top.
My insurance totaled the car and I bought it back. I want to put the engine from the '93 into the '90. I know that I have to do the mpfi, but I also want to use my ac off the '93.
Can anyone be specific and guide me through this swap. not minute details, I just want to do this right. My '93 was auto tranny and the '90 is standard, which is what I am gonna keep.
so I am basically gonna use the motor. anything else I can use please let me know. thanks in advance for all the advise.

I believe that would be a bolt-in affair except the MPFI coversion.
