Default clutch not engaging...need help

Car: 92 Civic Si
B20vtec/b16 tranny

My car was sitting for 3 weeks becasue of a broken axle. This was the only problem. I finally replaced it this week, and thoguht eveything would be okay. I start her up, put her in 1st, and let the clutch out. Nothing happened. I go to check my fluids and everything is okay. I then proceed to check the clutch master cylinder. A leak was obvious around the boot. I get a replacement and bleed out the line, but the clutch still does not engage? Could it be the slave cylinder? What else could be wrong? I highly doubt it's my clutch becasue it was fine before I snapped my axle.

thanks for any help.
