I was involved in the same install...... get a pro whos worked on frm sleeves... I know this is a highly specialized process which can only be done properly w the right equipment... Be careful who does this and keep the sleeves clean once there done....clean them good.
nobody in these parts have ever worked on them, but the equipment is here all i need is to know what parts to buy for the stones for the 60 degree cross hatch when honing to the right spec sizes etc...
any part number or place i can buy them at ? would be appreciated !!

Have you tried your local honda dealer? They "might" be able to help? Just a shot in the dark.

AHAHAHAHHAHAAHHHAHAAHAAHAHHAHHAHAHH...
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAHHAHAHAHHAAH
*ok deep breath* ...
they have never taken a Head off an h22a.... does this help... our dealerships aren't as "tech oriented" as yours... at least not ours....
I think we have like maybe 15-20 h22a preludes in a city that has about 120,000 people... one dealership..
figure it out... although i'll go visit them for the stone but i'm sure the'll argue with me it doesn't exist... ahahaha...
*sorry about that* if any honda tech's read this... not all dealerships have the same calibre...

It defintely takes skill to do, before we sleeved my block we had major blowby from the pistons, which are blaming on a bad hone job.
