Can slightly wrapped rotor cause vibrations?
I got a brake job done at honda dealer. When i got the car back, i noticed vibration at 60mph. I didnt take it back cause i was busy and i thought about aligment and balance.
So now i got the aligment done and wheels balanced and it still vibrates. This lead to think of the rotor havent properly resurface and with the new pads, it sit closer to the rotors causing vibrations? I dont get any vibration when braking though.
any ideas?

I'd take it back to the dealer. Be real clear the vibration wasn't there before the repairs were made. They should charge you a small check out fee and waive it if they determine the problem was caused by the repairs made.
