HPs at the wheel

Does anyone know the exact HP that a stock 99-2001 SI produces at the wheel?

I'm guessing its around 135-140... but does anyone have a stock dyno? or know how much it has at the wheel?

some guy just posted yesterday about this. I think with intake and either exhaust or header, put down 145 hp and 101 tq
