Default Anyone with 2.2/2.3 cl's

I am looking into getting a 97+ 2.2 or 2.3 cl. I was wondering if anyone on here has one? Any pics of them modded nicely. Do they have any aftermarket parts?

i totalled my prelude last oct and bought a 99 2.3 5spd. its a little underpowered but i really like it. still is a fun car to drive. most mods from accords fit becuase it is a glorified accord. get a 2.3 cause that is the 6th gen accord engine and suspension where the 2.2 is all 5th gen. the rims on the newer models are nicer too.

Cool, any pics of your cl? Do you think it is comparable to an integra ls in terms of power? I'm not really looking for the fastest car anymore, but i don't want something like civic dx slow. I know the 2.3 has 150hp which isn't bad. I don't really mind the rims because I will prob upgrade them soon anyways if I get one...

The CL is a nice car. My younger brother has a 98 3.0 CL. He has I/H/E, ZEX 75 shot, VAFC, H&R Race springs and Tokico Blue shocks. He runs mid to high 13's with full leather interior. It has a lot more power then the 2.3 Cl, but later on if you are looking for more power you can always drop a H22 into it or turbo it. They have come out with a lot of aftermarket parts for the CL now.

That's funny. . . I did the opposite as you. I totaled my '98 CL and bought a 00' Prelude. Honestly I wish I had bought another CL. The Prelude can't compete as far as comfort & amenities. They are an all around great car. But I'd go with a '98 & up instead of a '97 because they did upgrade them a bit after the first year.

Here are a couple of pics of mine before it was totaled.
