ok after reading the aritcle on endyne... i jacked up my car and went to remove my oil sending unit so i could take it with me to home depot to find the correct fittings... well its not where endyne shows it to be.. im guessing that the motor they show is a b series or some other series.. but anyways.. does anyone know where it is on the d16's?? or does the d16's not have one?

i have been through the haynes manual and dont see anything about an oil pressure sending unit anywhere... ive looked around the oil filter and all i see it a big *** bolt close by.. unless there is something that i am missing...

 

I found it.. from the haynes manual it appears to be about an inch or an inch and a half directly above the oil filter

 

ya it is right where that sensor is above the oil filter on the pic. the best way to get to it is taking off the intake manifold or else get to it from underneath but remove the filter

 

yeah i got it.. i just jacked it up and pulled the oil filter.. and then its a 24 mm.. need to use a deep though... im bout to goto pep boys and get a deep 24...
