I went, 13.2's 4 years ago, that was the last time I had a stock b16 in the rex, charlie shcaffer, had a stock b16 in his 87 crx, with Jen driving the car went 12.6@106

There's a couple of guys in New Zealand that have run low 13's. One ran a 13.1 in a DA6 integra with a stock motor with I/H/E
the other ran 13.3 in an EG civic with I/H/E

my buddy has ran a 14.2 with a stock block in a full bodied 96 civic EX with street tires
He has Jun 3 cams, Jun springs and retainers, and a Jun ECU
other than that, he's stock. I think that's pretty good considering he only made about 160whp and 100ft/lbs on the dyno

DAMN 160 whp!?!?!?!?! with all that ****
DAMN ! made 160 with itr cams and a jdm header and the timing advanced to 17 degrees.
b16 are sick motors cuz you can launch out the whole harder if you can control the spin but my 2 liters are fun! REAL FUN

i beleive we have the fastest b16a on a stock engine. 13.12 @ 103.86 feb 1997 at bakersfield raceway. nothing to huff and puff about nowadays but i dont know anyone 5 years ago running those times with a b16a. let alone stock engine. thats just my 2 cents.
