i have heard that if i add a tegra ls ecu from 88-91 that it will open the fuel curve and a few more rpm's.. what if i add accord injectors and that ecu? will it flood the motor with fuel?

 

yeah ive run that.. it runs a lil too rich.. pulls a lil harder in 3rd and top of 2nd.. the 7500 fuel cutoff is nice though.. i sold mine to a buddy with a zc.. its a good mod for the si though.. you can pick em up for about $80
i wouldnt mess with the injectors

elusive, you didn't worry about revving the D16 up to 7500?!? I'd be scared to blow the top off the block... the D-series doesn't seem too happy at high rpms, unlike the B-series... just curious

 

if you knew me.. you'd know...

 

I used to rev the smack out of my old D16. The little bastard used to run damn strong too, i used to get all the other i/h/e SIs in the area. Turns out it had a "reman" stamp on the block when i pulled it. Don't know who the engine was from, but they built a damn tight one.
