nice location? how the heck does any air flow over that? It's an air to air IC, right? It looks like it's just going to soak up engine heat.

 

I would have to guess that there's a cut out on the hood. I don't see why this would heat soak any more than the WRX.

Plus have you see that spot in an RSX that has a cold air intake? It's nothing be wide open space....

 

it may be wide open, but heat is still getting trapped in the engine bay. an air to liquid intercooler would make more sense in that position.

RSX is the car that is going to force everyone to start using air-liquid do to space constraints and plumbing issues. Figures it's "BOOM!! plus". You know the sound the detonation in that engine will make. Another wonderful idea from the labs of 'Dumb-AZZ'. Sorry getting tired of all the stupid ideas I've seen lately with people that have money to throw around like that. My entire turbo'd EF car costs less than that RSX does brand new and stock. Not to metion faster, and they turbo it in such a crappy way. You'd think with money intelligence would be sort of natural.

Sorry I needed to rant and rave. I'm in a foul mood today.

if u look at the bumper cover and that hole in it it looks to be a ram air of some sort but i doubt that would be enuff

Another instant classic. I don't think Top Fuel is all that great. If they were they'd have more than moms for models,and cars that are designed to blow up. I think this car is there for the ricer crowd to drool at. after all I'm sure they used F&F as a marketing tool over there. Especially since JDM was the biggest thing in the past two years for styling. If this is eventually considered JDM the people still buying it will think it's cool to have a Top Fuel turbo'd RSX. Am I barking up the wrong tree here? Somebody throw me a bone here.
