I have 2 jobs and I had to pick up my new name tag(they changed the design) from autozone. I'm inside and my brother comes inside and tells me he just saw a right hand drive subaru with an old man driving I walk outside and I took some pics. The guy was like 50 and was cool as hell.




Turns out he has a 99 jeep cherokee right hand drive too. He says this is his beater. Its pretty cool to see a 50 year old guy so into right hand drive cars. He says he gets looks all over. You gotta understand that a right hand drive where I live is a major rarity. Sorry for the crappy pics but I had to take them quick cause the guy had to leave.

yeah in tokyo we see these alot . Nah but seriously I thought about that and he said he was never a mailman. But then again he said hes had this since new and he just bought his jeep in 99 and he said he bought it from the dealer or something like that. Weird....

haha, nice I want a RHD car...but my dad refuses to let me buy one...says they are a waste of money and a big inconvenience(sp?)...oh well, one of these days when I move out! I think around my area there is a RHD Subaru as well, but I have yet to see it...

the one I see around is a kinda bluish color. You need to move to tokyo to see these kinds of cars mang.

Just because it is RHD doesnt mean that it is JDM. They drive that way all over the world. For example, England, Scotland, Jamaica, Australia etc. So just because it is RHD doesnt mean JDM. There is a guy who lives down the road from me who has 4 RHD Minis and 2 RHD MGs.

actually I'm pretty sure most areas of the world use LHD cars. The British Isles, Australia, Japan, some of the Carribean islands, and maybe Hong Kong and China (not sure) are pretty much the only countries using RHD cars. All of Europe except the British Isles uses LHD cars.

 

hong Kong = RHD
Japan = RHD
Philippine = LHD(not sure)
China = LHD
Korea = LHD
