Default burning rich

my car has been sitting in my drive way for half a year. i just started it up recently and noticed a big cloud of black smoke everytime i start it up. when its warmed up i only see the black smoke when i step on the gas pedal. doesnt smell that bad when its warmed up compared to when the engine is cold. idle is moving back and forth form around 600-1000 rpm. its a 92 civic hatch dx. not throwing any codes. all stock and oh yeah theres a big hole in the exhaust pipe just before the cat. could it be cat?please help!

change all your fluids.. oil, tranny fluid, radiator fluid, everything.. if your car was sitting for that long without being ran then it is prolly hurting..

do a tune-up, and clean the throttlebody/int. man., just give it a good goin over. also, check the vaccuum hose on the fuel pressure regulator, if it has a leak, you will have high fuel pressure and a vaccuum leak, causing it to run rich and have a fluctuating idle.
