but don't put the period inside of the [] like I did, I just did that so you wouldn't see a red X

first, you need a site to host your pic

http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com

upload your pics there, then copy the url

then, to post the pic, click on the "image" button and paste the url between [IMG][/IMG]

on the picture you want to bring in, right click with the mouse and go to properties and highlight the url and copy and paste into the [] []
