I'm not sure what year Accord your have but all you should need is basic hand tools...most of the bolts/nuts will be 10mm, 12mm and 14mm...

First, take out the 3-4 screws there are over the air box(philips)

Then, Pull out the top part you just unscrewed out of the intake arm

Then take out the filter, then the two bolts that hold in the bottom of the filter box. Pull the bottom of the filter box up and to the right, and it will slide right off the resonator tube things.

And finally, un do the two vacuum hoses, and unclip the things attached to the intake arm. And then remove the intake arm from the throttle body.

From there, you just put your pipe in, with filter already on it. Put the rubber adapter piece on the other end(the end with the two nipple for the hoses) and slide the rubber thing over the throttle body. Tighten the hose clamp around the TB. reattach the hoses to the appropriatly sized nipple. And you are done

You can optionally reset your ecu, or just wait a week for it to adjust.

Just hook up the one and cap off the other one. You can get the rubber caps at Pep Boys. Use either the stock hoses or fuel line. The air going throught here can get pretty hot and oil soaked.

sometime removal of resonator can help to vent better.
like the 01-02coupe, there's a fat vent in each side of the bumper.
