In So Cal and looking for a beginner's bike?
Look no further, here it is http://www.sportbikers.net/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000003.html . It's a friend's bike and I've seen it in person. The color is VERY nice.

Definitely the right choice as a beginner bike for me a few years ago. Has lots of ***** for a 599cc. Mods here and there will get you going.
