Default wnet to the track last night

Just thought I would post some times. This is on my stock (internals of curse) D16Y8 motor. Untuned. This was my best run@ 9psi.

14.530
98.68 mph
1.185 R/T
2.380 60 foot

Edit: Any opinions are welcome.

The track was really old and shitty. Wheel hop was extremely bad. Yes traction was a big problem. Yeah it's a 97ex.

Maybe a 14.3 or something close to that. There is another track close to where I live and my friend dropped 3 tenths running on this track. I hope to break into the 13's after Hondata and some tuning. They make traction bars for fwd cars that is supposed to eliminate wheel hop. http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/MODATRB/

I'm not sure what the 1/8 time is. They don't tell you. Like I said, the track sucks. This is only the second time I have been to the track, so I know my reaction time and 60 foot needs some work. This is the first time I have been since it was turboed. I practiced launching in the street by my huose, but it was pointless. The track in so much different.

damnit why can't i pull 60ft's close to that... my 2.5's SUCK ***

traction sucks i guess. u should definitely be able to pull off about a 14.3 or lower if u could hook up nice.

what kind of tires are u running?
Also do u have a camber kit? If not getting one will help out a little in the wheel hop department.

i've heard that 100+ trapspeeds equate to 13 second quarter miles
he's got a 98 trap so i'd say if you got your 60ft down to a 2.2 you might see low 14's, but not any faster

the only way he could pull a 13 with a 98mph trap speed is if he pulled less than a 1.9x 60'

If traction was an issue you wouldn't see his real ET at the end...
There for with traction he can break into the 13's with a better 60ft.
