Hi, Just picked up a free DSM manifold from a 96 talon turbo (where my td04hl came from) and wondering if it IS POSSIBLe to have it grinded and shaved to fit on a B serie engine. I mean, is it feasable, or it's jus Impossible.

Also, if Yes, what kind of work is involved?

Not remotely reasonable...i had this idea way back. Not even close to fitting, plus welding cast iron is a bitch.

 

It would be very difficult to do. Not worth it in my opinion. Just look around for a used mani. http://www.hondaclassifieds.com has good deals sometimes.
