questionable value on B16A

i have an opportunity to pick up SIR1 B16A complete short block(no head), but dont want to get milked, what would be the absoloute highest price i should pay?

I've seen them go anywhere from 135-250. If it's in good condition and its local, it may be worth it if they are asking the upper part of that spectrum.
