I have a act street clutch, and they recomend like 200-300 miles of easy, no downshifting (as little as possible) city driving. Ryan

absolutely. generally, it's about 500 miles of gentle city driving, meaning, frequently using the clutch, but no high rev shifts or anything stressful.

sorry, but you're going to need to replace the clutch again.

Yes you need to break in all clutches, don't put qoutations around break in cuz thats what your doing in every sense of the word. This is why used cars suck, cuz people get them new and go crazy, forgetting your not supposed to redline for 1,000 miles, light braking for 500, light clutch work for 500, etc.....

Yes, Ghostbuster is absolutely right... I break in my clutches for at least 800 kms before I redline and shift hard. Otherwise, the clutch could glaze.
