CRX is about halfway done...(Plastic Model pics, post 'em up if you got 'em too!)
Here's some pics of my current project...shouldn't be long before it's finished.
The Body: The first place I painted this was in the shoebox in the bathtub - my gf got up for work at about 5:30 this morning, screaming about red paint all over the tub
oopsies!

The Seats: Instruction manual had them painted all dark gray. I went for a more "real" look for the CRX.

The Chassis: Pretty self-explanatory.

The rest of the interior needs to be finished up, then on the body I'm going to mask off the moldings and all other black pieces and paint them flat black - I want the car to be a pretty dead-on replica of a stock CRX in the same color as my own. After this one, I'm going to work on these:

Here's one of my favorite recent pics of another model:

I know it's Hot Wheels, but it's a pretty damn accurate replica, aside from the interior, and it's BIG compared to the 1:24 models.
Post up if you have any cool models you'd like to share - RC Cars and Trucks are cool too. Comments on mine are welcome also.

looks real good, but what i'd like to know is where do you and most of the other guys get your models from?
I have 2 CRXs that are done and a Civic Type R that is in the works. I have Volk TE37s on my CRX and Spoons on the Type R. I wish I had the camera today.

Here's where I got mine, well the CRX and Integra:

The Civic Hatch I got at my local Hobby People - very suprising to see it there, as they're fairly rare even online. I was also going to buy a Tamiya Skyline VSpecII but I didn't have the cash on me, so I just got the Civic.
There's quite a few other places. Check http://www.tinyimports.com as well.

I'm sure that they get them in every once in a while. When my g/f bought mine for me for Christmas, they were sold out of the Spoon EK, and now they have them in again I think...
You can always go to Yahoo and search for Fujimi Plastic Models, CRX Plastic Models, or any other various search terms and it'll come up with places to buy them at.
