Front Swaybar conversion
Are there any documents on doing a GSR/ITR front swaybar conversion to an LS like there are on the rear ITR swaybar conversion? Like a list of hardware and best place to buy them. I would like to do the ITR swaybar, but think I should do the front first so I don't get oversteer and it stays more balanced.
I did this too, although I don't have a step-by-step document about it. I got my front swaybar from HAP Recycling used, and it came with the endlinks. Normally, these are like $45 apiece, so the $70 or so I paid for the whole kit was a great deal. I'd recommend looking into this. The only part about the kit that was bad was that the endlink and swaybar bushings were old and worn, so new polyurethane bushings would probably be a good idea.
Here's all the parts needed:
24mm front sway bar
endlinks (2)
endlink bushings (4; 2 per side)
swaybar bushings (24mm, I recommend Prothane)
swaybar bushing brackets -- you can reuse yours
Installation is a bit of a pain; basically you need to remove the endlinks, then detach the shifter rods, and unbolt the catback exhaust from the header, so you can maneuver the old bar out (it's placed above the shifter rods and exhaust system).
Lastly, you don't say what kind of Integra you have, but if it's an '00 or '01, it should already have the 24mm front swaybar installed. I guess towards the end they got tired of too many different parts and upgraded the LSs and GSs to the GS-R suspension. To make sure, turn the front wheels to one lock, then look at the swaybar endlink where it attaches to the control arm. The 24mm bar has the ball-joint type endlinks; there are two bushings attaching the endlink to the control arm, then the balljoint bolts (at a 90-degree angle) to the swaybar with no bushings. On the old 22mm bar, it's the simpler type of endlink, with 4 bushings; two for the control arm connection, and two for the swaybar connection, and no 90-degree attachment (basically a straight rod). Hope this makes sense.

Wow thanks for the info. i'm pretty sure i have the 22mm, i have a 95 LS. the guy that's selling the 24mm gave me this link
http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.net/...RONT+LOWER+ARM
and said it has everything except center mounts # 10/11. are those the 24mm prothane bushings you are recommending to buy? thanks

No, 10 and 11 aren't even related to the swaybar; they're the bushings for the lower control arm.
The 24mm swaybar mounting bushings are #3. The endlink bushings are #5 (two per side for 24mm bar). You can see the difference between the endlinks in this diagram as well. The GS-R endlinks are #6, while the RS/LS/GS endlinks are #18 (which has an extra pair of #5 bushings per side).
