Default Cleaning the Black

I own a black 97 2 door Accord that is blck. It has scratch marks and such all over it and i cnt seem to get them out. Would wet sanding the pint be a good idea? I also would like to knoe if you men have done a JDM headlight conversion on 97 and what would be required. I would post pics of my car put it wont allow me to

use a polish called "liquid glass" it sup. to be good for black cars .. thats what me an my friends use when i got done painting my car and it looked awesome

doesnt matter .. you can still ploish it or use the miguars* 3 stage system .. i did that when i first bought my car .. pain in the *** but looked good
