Hey Joseph, got the printer working. You can stop by the shop if you want a copy.

If you get a high flowing exhaust you will probably see much better numbers.....are those numbers whp?

Ehh.. I don't want to kill it for you, but 220whp on 10psi with a T3/T04? Doesnt that seem a little low? Then again I'm sure the ITR exaust isn't helping, and that torque is Open that bastard up to a nice 3" and I'm sure the whp will jump nicely

Remember t3/t04 B and stock exhaust, those kill alot of power!

that's great joe, i think what they're saying about getting a more free flowing exhaust is correct. get a 3" thermal or at least 2.5" and your WHP should jump a little. good #'s though, especially for an LS.

most people run a 60mm aftermarket exhaust with a mild turbo set-up such as above.

would a 57mm itr exhaust effect power that much?

i personally have a 3inch, but just can't imagine the 3mm is a huge difference.

Are you using anything for timing-BTM? Stock LS engine? Good numbers, with that t3/4B your propably getting really good responsiveness too. GJ

60mm is only 2.5" unless I'm mistaken. When I went from a 2.25 inch to a 3 inch on my SOHC at 7 PSI is made a MASSIVE difference.

The ITR exhaust has 2 severe bottlenecks in it. One is at the cat/b-pipe joint where it necks down to like 2 inches. The other is at the b-pipe/muffler joint where it does the same (necks down).

I have a Tanabe Racing Medallion which is supposed to be 60mm. When taking off the cat the other day I saw the bottle neck on my exhaust which I'm sure is on almost all bolt on exhausts, so that you can connect it to the factory catalytic. It's right after the cat for about 4 inches where it is probably the same size as stock exhaust, then it opens up to the full 60mm. When I put a highflow cat on I'm going to get that bottle neck chopped off and have the cat connected to the 60mm directly. Hopefully this would hold me over until I get a 3" Thermal.

Nice dyno numbers for that turbo / exhaust combination though!

dude that is great power. 210 torque if u open up the top end more with a better exhaust i think u will see 230 easy, maybe more. and if ur still running a cat, get rid of that 240

My goal is 225 hp out of mine. 240 with 3" whenever I finish this damn thing. However the torque numbers do cheer me up, I figured they'd be lower.

Good numbers, glad to see you finally got everything worked out. Definitely free up that exhaust and you should see some really nice gains. Torque is fun

thanks guys for all the compliments. i know i'm losing a lot of power using that type r exhaust, but i'm working on it.

my current setup more specifically is: maxrev manifold, turbonetics t3/t04b, tial wastegate, type r exhaust with high flow cat, 2.5" mandrel bent downpipe, drag piping/intercooler, turboxs boost controller.

10 psi was done on stock internals and was made possible by viewers like you...j/k
my t3/t04B is what makes the difference. i don't know if i could hold 10 psi on a t3/t04E on stock internals.
