1/8 = 1/4
Not going to be the same for every car, depends on traction, weight, eigth mile trap speed and so on. When I have run 8.5Xs in the 1/8th, my 1/4 usually ends up as 13.30-13.40.
My run below, the 13.209 was an 8.45 in the 1/8th.

scroll about 3/4 of the page down. a table that converts 1/8 to 1/4.

I don't think it's all that accurate.. There are too many variables to judge this.. Especially if you have a turbo setup... Turbo motors have a much higer top end than a NA car...
But at least you get somewhat of an idea of what you'll run.. I tried my times and they're way off almost by 1 sec... So.

KS-R it looks like you are getting a badass 60' and 1/8 time probably. Is it showing that you should be runnning faster than you are? I see our times are fairly close with my turbo street car but I'm guessing your 60' is a 1.65-1.70 or so.
