actually called RS MAchine now.

We are an authorized distributor of their services.
Not only do they do sleeving and machine work, they do other things that alot of H-T members might be interested in.
We will list all their services on our site by the end of the week.
here;s a short preview of their services:
-- Head gasket boring, for oversized blocks.
-- Head stud repair kit: rethreads all studs and a bigger performance head stud is provided.
-- New R.S. Machine All motor street piston. (more info on this in the upcoming week)- ITR spec piston, comes in 81.5mm and 82mm, price should be $299 shipped with rings.
-- crank balancing, knife edging.
-- R.S. performance rods... coming soon

Watch out for RS in the upcoming months... its import racing's best kept secret. so many Pro racers are using them, we hope everyone will take advantage of RS's services as well. Exospeed.com's very own Roy Alagao is actually working with RS Machine as well so look out for Exospeed/RS Machine race cars in the race circuit for 2003.

Mike and I had lunch with the RS crew, Mike, Rich, John and Bisi. Mike and Rich do all the machine work and John has come aboard to handle all the organizational duties that machinists hate. Bisi is there designing new goodies to make his world's fastest SOHC go faster.
We picked up our block about a week after we dropped it off. The deck surface is as smooth as glass. The finish hone pattern looks perfect for quick ring seal. The sleeves are raised .003 over the deck per our specs and the instal job looks outstanding.

Block is being built with JE pistons (83mm) amd Manley turbo rods.

BTW, I sell these sleeves for $295 for a set of 4. Contact RS for their rates.
