i've been looking into getting JDM EK side markers but, i have no idea how to go about marking the "correct"(being JDM) spot. how i should do it, other then maybe a drill. but i want them to be clean and nice with out having to re-paint the fenders basicly i'm in the dark. any help and or pics would be great. thanxx in advance!!
well theres a line that goes through the side of the car...you should go about 1.5-2 inchs down from that line sorta in the middle and mount it there i would just draw a fake sidemarker on the side with like a marker or somethin and look at it from a distance thats what i did
oh and if you plan on not repainting the fender's i would be mighty care-freakin-ful
with the damn drill and not let it slip like one of my friends did to his car

use a metal nibbler from RadioShack, and go from the front (put masking tape all over the area where you're making the hole). I tried using the metal nibbler going from the back, and the paint started to flake off around the edges of the hole.

I discourage using a dremel... it's very messy, very loud, easier to mess up, and takes much longer than using the metal nibblers from RadioShack. They are more precise and easier to use than the Dremel, and even though it's a hand tool, it's still faster than the Dremel.
