Default custom taillights on my civic

anyone ever modify their civic tails for lexus IS300 taillights???? I am doing it and was wondering how easy it is to cut the round hole for the 3 inch light.... making the "indent" around the hole like on a Lexus... any help would be good

Hit it with a sledge hammer with about a 2 inch blunt face head. That should do the trick.

When I saw the replies I wasn't sure if you two misread the post or I read it incorrectly then I saw this:

Recognize, answer in topic, move on...
Anyway, it sounds as if you are not exactly sure how to go about this process, which requires fabrication. This would be a answer bettter left to those in the business to do so, unless you have a spare trunk to do trial and error on cause this isn't a bolt-on nor a "plug and play" sort of modification. If you have the tools for this and you are confident in your abilities go for it, but how easy would you think it would be cutting into the metal of the trunk?
