Default need assistance with valve spring height and pressure?

I was wondering if anyone new the proper intake and exhaust valve spring height and spring pressure? I have just built my hatch and have cracked both intake retainers on the forth cylinder. Luckily the keepers and the retainers held on enough to keep the valve from dropping. Before, I put it all back together I would like to make sure these are correct. Next time I may not be so lucky! Thanks again!

P.S. this is for the B series motor not K

Taken from the Helm manual
The standard intake valve stem installed height is 1.4750"-1.4935"
The standard exhaust valve stem installed height is 1.4632"-1.4817"
This is from the top of the valve stem to the spring sitting surface.
This is for the B18C5 engine.
If you are using the OEM valve retainers and springs with stock camshafts then you should be OK.

As for the spring rates (I beleive they are progressive), I am not sure why you would need them.
