H&R Or Neuspeed

I about to purchase my suspension, i want to go low but do not know which springs to choose. H&R Race or Neuspeed Race, what handle better and are lower, which ones do you guys recommend? Thanks

I had H&R race springs in my 90 si hb and liked em, lowered it perfectly and they ride really nice too, not really that stiff
