I had put out a much longer post previously, and I didn't want to keep hitting this board with a classified ad.

To answer your question, absolutely no rust what-so-ever anywhere on the car. The car has never been wrecked, and is in excellent condition, though it's filthy right now. What can you do, it's January in Pennsylvania.

In terms of mods....

Engine: Iceman cold air intake, DC 4-2-1 SS Header, DC Cat-Back exhaust (3" piping to 4" tip), upgraded plugs and wires. Dynoed at 178whp 2 years ago with the stock intake on. Probably about 185 now, with no internal engine mods.

Suspension: Koni yellows, GC coil overs (425f/340r), Neuspeed front upper tie bar

Brakes: NSX calipers, SS brake lines, ATE Superblue fluid, holes cut for ducting

Safety: Autopower 4pt bolt in roll bar, 5 pt harnesses for both front seats

Other: 15" Kosei K1 Racing wheels, Sparco throttle pedal cover, wired for 6 CD changer in trunk, additional amp mounted on back of fold-down seat, hard wired phone, all stock parts (including calipers and trim pieces that were removed for roll bar installation.

apexii knows the car well, he even did the CAI install with me. It was built to be an everyday driver, that is only a tire change away from being a terror on a road course. Driven by a knowledgable driver, who didn't abuse it. It's not a full racecar though. It still has the full leather interior, back seats, etc.

It's an H22A with 96k miles, so expect some crap out the exhaust under full throttle. Hell, it was blowing crap out the back with 20k miles on it! Switching back to the stock exhaust would probably solve that if it bothers you, but what fun is that?

All in all, a great example of the OBD1 VTEC. I'm only getting rid of it because I need something that I can use to tow my racecar to the track.

http://www.nadaguides.com says it is worth $8000 - $10,000 (stock) in it's current condition. Considering all the mods, I would think $10k would be reasonable.
