well i turn the key and it waits and nothing happens, then i turn it again waits about 2 seconds and then it starts. Then sometimes it starts up on the first click? Is it the starter going out you think? If so where's the cheapest place to buy them? Thanks

 

When the starter goes it usually makes a lot of ticking noise. If you car is just having a delayed rxn when starting, I would first have your battery checked out. Autozone does it for free. If that doesnt fix it maybe it's time to change the plugs and distributor cap and rotor. I had a similar problem changing those parts fixed it.
