HI to all HT member i just got one question i would like to know.
I'm going to be putting $5000 in to my car but i dotn know what set up i should use Mugen or Spoon. Which of the two would b better??.

Right now i got Mugen Twin loop exhust system n mugen 4-1 head with a apexi VAFC.

you have a lot to learn. just sit tight before you spend anything and learn. just because something costs $$$$ doesnt mean its the best.

Well it looks like you already have the Mugen header and exhaust, so id say get the Mugen intake, JDM Final Drive, maybe cams (depends on what you are looking to get out of your engine) and LOTS of tuning. But as far as which company is better, that has been beat to death and there really isnt a definitive answer. Both are top JDM honda tuners.

 

kind of depends on which parts you are talking about. don't go all mugen or all spoon just to keep it linear, go for the best part by part, make sure they will work well together though.
and 5000 won't get all mugen or all spoon depending on what you want.

not trying to be an ***...but there is a plethora (a lot) of information on both of these companies that has already been discussed on this board. Do yourself a favor and use the search technique to make an informed decision.

Sounds like you have already decided to lean towards MUGEN though

And my advice is to buy what product suits your needs best. Do a search on the particular upgrade you are looking for, and I'm sure it has been covered in detail.

 

Do a search on both recent and archived topics on what u're looking at. I'm sure that will help a lot. There are some other fellow ITR owners from Melbourne here too I guess. U can probably ask them for some comments.

I think for someone in Aussie, JDM or USDM will cost an arm and a leg...so go AUDM

If you need to ask people you dont know how to spend 5000$, your ignorant. The 2 trendiest companies mentioned dont help either-Spend that money and go to Japan if your interested in Japanese car products, you might learn something outside of what all the hype ******** are talking about.
