Default 91 Integra GS....?

Ok fellas, first off i wanna say im a VW owner and im posting this for a friend, i'm not your typical guy that hates hondas, infact i really like a clean 95(whatever gen that is) civic hatch with a turbo setup. Anyways, my friend is a litttle...hmmmm...how do i say this..."performance illiterate". He wants more power, who doesnt? He has a 91 Integra GS i believe, its a 1.8 non-vtech i believe? Anyways, he has talked about H22 swap, GSR swap, b18 c(thats the code for type r right?) swap, and even a RSX(k20a right?). I have told him over and over he shoudl just look towards FI instead, particulary turbo. He has no clue how to research this. Now i am no virgin to turbo, just turboing a honda, i have already blown and rebuilt one VW motor from too much boost and am currently trying to build a little frankenstein in my 92 GTI. But he wants me to help him so i am going to try to ask the questions he should be asking. First off, i told him he is going to have to worry about his tuning before anything. I believe he should get a stand alone engine manegment before anything, i told him about TEC, SDS, DTA, Haltech, Autotronic, Holly, etc. He has no clue, basically he just wants someone to tell him what he should get, but im no honda guy, so im woundering which system would be better suited for his car, i know they are all universal, but certain systems can utilize stock sensors while others require their own(thats why im using SDS because i wont have to change my sensors). I have also heard about "Hondata", whats that all about? After that is complete with and he has his car tuned N/A comes the actual FI part. What i wanna know is where can he get an exhaust mani, piping(if there are any kits even made for his year), what turbo size he should go with(this would be a more OEM type application, hes not looking for crazy top end power that gives you whiplash, so im guessing some trim of T3 or similar), can his rods and pistons handle it?(are they cast or forged? does he have oil squirters?, etc), whats his best bet for cooling, he has a body kit and it looks like theres plenty of room for a FMIC, whats his stock CR?(should he drop it by stacking gaskets? or are custom pistons fairly cheap for hondas?). Basically anything to get my friend in the right direction, i think he basically wants me to give him a list of things to buy. So im trying to help him. And im a lil drunk right now so im sure i missed some stuff...

TIA,
Ryan
