Default Adj. Cams and cam shafts

just wondering- 99 Ls...and i was thinkin goin cams...would i need to buy a cam shaft and adj cams...would that be better to do..or can i just buy the adj. ?

if you get cams....it would be the best to install the adj cam gears at the same time. Adj cam gears will enable you to advance or retard your intake and exhaust cam. The more aggressive cams you get, the more you better have your head built to handle it!
