MD/VA/DC, when are the tracks opening back up

I know MIR opens midnight madness in March, but what about other tracks.

Capitol used to stay open but for some reason they have not been for the past couple of years. Give them a call and see what their upcoming schedule is (410)721-7281

early march for our area. i think atco(near philly) is year round. cecil county (maryland/delaware border)might run in the end of february. look at their web sites.
